Please allow up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive, as our products often come straight from the showrooms in California and New York, and sometimes there is high demand and delays.
Orders will be delivered by Courier, Express Post or Air Mail dependent on your location. Please provide a daytime address where someone will be present to receive the delivery.
We suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers may require a signature on receipt.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
