Returns / Exchanges
You may return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing sales@frockmefamous.com
We will email you a Return Form that needs to be completed and sent to us with your return within 14 days.

Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. For exchanges, we will resend the new item free of charge.
We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.

Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we can only refund your return shipping costs if we sent you the incorrect item or the item was faulty.

RETURNS CHECKLIST

1. Email sales@frockmefamous.com to inform us of your intention to return or exchange an item. We will then email you a return form.

2. Complete the return form and securely repackage your merchandise with it.

4. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Frock me Famous cannot accept
responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5
business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
